Which train services does the App cover?
Getting There currently covers Irish Rail (Iarnród Éireann) services, including DART, Commuter, and InterCity trains.
Why is the departure board empty?
If no departures are shown, there may be no trains scheduled at that station in the next few hours, or the Irish Rail data service may be temporarily unavailable. Please check the Irish Rail website directly if you need to confirm your journey.
The times look wrong — what should I do?
Departure times are sourced live from Irish Rail. If you suspect incorrect data, please verify on the Irish Rail website or the station departure boards. If the problem persists in the App, please contact us (see below).
How do I save a favourite station?
When you first use the app, it asks you which station you want to save as your local station. You can change this by tapping the menu option (bottom left icon) and selecting a different station.
Does the App work offline?
No. The App requires an internet connection to retrieve live departure data from Irish Rail.
How do I delete the App?
Press and hold the app icon on your Home Screen, tap "Remove App", then "Delete App".
